Our spaces are designed for today's working professionals. Lightning-fast wireless internet, wired connections in the private offices, small kitchenette, comfortable chairs and work spaces, and secure door access.

Hot Desks
These desks have ample space to spread out, power and USB charging strips, comfortable rolling chairs, and beautiful views of the Northland Arboretum.

Dedicated co-working desks are available for $300 per month or $20 for a daily pass.

These desks are located only at our 715 NW 7th Street location.
Private Office Spaces
When you need a little more privacy or a secure place to work, we have private offices available for rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Offices come with wired and wireless access.

Private offices are $50 for a daily pass.​
Meeting Room
Do you need a place to meet with potential clients, give a group presentation, or lead a group work session? Our spacious conference room has seating for 10 in comfortable rolling chairs, a large TV to project your presentation, and power and USB charging in the table. Plus, you can't beat the view of the Arboretum!

Rates start at $20 an hour, $76 for a half-day, and $150 for a full day.
