Meeting Rooms
Do you need a place to meet with potential clients, give a group presentation, or lead a group work session? Our spacious conference room has seating for 10 in comfortable rolling chairs, a large TV to project your presentation, and power and USB charging in the table. Plus, you can't beat the view of the Arboretum!
Private Offices
Do you need a little more privacy than your current office situation has? Better internet or more security? Our private office spaces have all that and more. Theseoffices are available for month-to-month rental or daily rental if unoccupied.
The White Office
The White Office is 132 sq ft and comes with a view of the 7th Street businesses and the Northland Arboretum, wired and wireless access, a modern, spacious desk, two guest chairs, and a comfortable executive chair. The storage cabinet is perfect for hanging your jacket, has two lockable filing drawers, and a locking storage space.
You have access to a printer/copier/scanner, small kitchenette stocked with water and wine, a mini fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, and utensils. Monthly rentals come with networking opportunities, access to the Northland Arboretum, and more as we grow and develop.

Cost is $550 per month or $40 per day, if unoccupied.
The Blue Office
The Blue Office is 110 sq ft and comes with a view of the 7th Street businesses, wired and wireless access, a modern, spacious desk, two guest chairs, and a comfortable executive chair. Coming soon, there will be a storage cabinet is perfect for hanging your jacket, has two lockable filing drawers, and a locking storage space.

Kitchenette
Like to bring your lunch? Or your own drinks? We have both a mini-fridge with freezer and beverage cooler available for your use.

We also have a Nespresso machine to satisfy your coffee cravings with several blends to choose from.

You'll also have use of a microwave, plates, bowls, and silverware.
Restroom
We have a modern and handicap-accessible restroom.
24/7 Building Access
At Spaces, we believe in giving our community members the freedom to work worry-free and at their convenience. Upon acceptance of your terms of service, you'll be email a code that gives you access to the build, and if you book a private office, to your private office space.
High-Speed Wired and Wireless Internet
We have high-speed wireless internet access in the common spaces and for dedicated desks. The private offices have wired and wireless internet access. The wired connections are isolated so that traffic on them cannot be viewed by other private offices or computers connected to the common space.
Indoor and Outdoor Community
When you purchase a membership, you'll receive access to our neighbors, the Northland Arboretum, and other community special events.
